Leasing Coordinator/Showing Representative

Learn property management from the ground up. Our company is a leader in residential property management in the Bay area and we are seeking a full time showing assistant for our growing firm. This position is a direct employee working with our portfolio of properties to ensure quick turn around and keep vacancy low. This fast paced opportunity will allow the right candidate to write creative ads, meet interesting people, and provide a much needed service for residents looking for housing. The job requires a good working vehicle with proof of insurance, and a clean driving record with the D.M.V. Mileage reimbursement provided. Pay range is $16.00-$20.00

Job Description: 
*Screen, schedule, and confirm appointments 
*Show interested party's vacant properties 
*Create advertisements for craigslist and other web applications 
*Work closely with front office to help facilitate the application process 
*Conduct move in/move out inspections, 6 month surveys 
*Provide weekly report of response of prospective tenants 
*Posting Notices, signs, lock-boxes as needed 
*Other administrative duties as assigned

Real Estate Licensee or studying for real estate licence a plus but not required 
High school diploma or equivalent required
